With President Trump set to leave Washington on Wednesday morning, CNN will be deprived of the central figure of their content for the last four years in what could be an existential crisis for the cable network.
Faced with the prospect of losing viewers by depriving them of their daily fix of Trump hate and conspiracy theories, activist Oliver Darcy is leading the charge to destroy his employer’s competition under the pretense of silencing what he calls “election denialism.”
Now that the chaos at the U.S. Capitol has presented a golden opportunity for the resistance media to destroy all narratives that don’t mesh with their own dishonest and manipulative agenda, Darcy is using his influence to bully cable providers AT&T, Comcast, and Verizon to drop OANN and Newsmax from their packages.

According to Darcy:
“We are going to have to figure out the OAN and Newsmax problem. These companies have freedom of speech, but I’m not sure we need Verizon, AT&T, Comcast and such bringing them into tens of millions of homes,”
“Just a reminder that neither @Verizon, @ATT, nor @comcast have answered any questions about why they beam channels like OAN & Newsmax into millions of homes. Do they have any second thoughts about distributing these channels given their election denialism content? They won’t say.”
It is gangsterism akin to intimidating all witnesses to a crime to stay quiet or else. And now that the election has been successfully stolen, the enforcers of the one-party occupying government will allow no questions about those irregularities in Democrat-controlled states.
Darcy’s un-American bullying comes after a segment on fellow activist Brian Stelter’s “Reliable Sources” during which the balding, rotund host chatted with Facebook’s former top security officer who bemoaned the fact that certain YouTube channels had larger audience than the self-proclaimed “most trusted name in news” does.

The former chief security officer of Facebook suggested conservative news outlets One America News and Newsmax be deplatformed following the siege of the Capitol and the proliferation of “radical views” online.
“We have to turn down the capability of these conservative influencers to reach these huge audiences. There are people on YouTube, for example, that have a larger audience than daytime CNN, and they are extremely radical and pushing extremely radical views,” Alex Stamos said Sunday on CNN’s Reliable Sources.
“And, so, it is up to the Facebooks and YouTubes, in particular, to think about whether or not they want to be effectively cable networks for disinformation. And then we’re gonna have to figure out the OANN and Newsmax problem that these companies have freedom of speech, but I’m not sure we need Verizon, AT&T, Comcast, and such to be bringing them into tens of millions of homes,” he continued.
Without Trump to kick around anymore, CNN faces a return to the wasteland of reporting on tawdry celebrity gossip, sleazy sex scandals, missing teenagers, and milking natural disasters for ratings and let’s face it, there is plenty of competition there as well.
In a sign of how bad that it may get at CNN without 24/7 anti-Trump propaganda, the network just announced that they are pulling the plug on their airport “news” service.

The captive audience who have been force-fed CNN propaganda on airport telescreens has been a huge part of the network’s audience, now due to less travel due to COVID along with Trump’s exit that cash cow has run out of milk.
The writing is on the wall at CNN now that all credibility has been lost and the inevitable downsizing of their massive anti-Trump operation is coming and Darcy is doing everything in his power to stave off a pink slip.
