As far as I know, the test is just a test with a swab. The vaccine is an injection with a needle. I guess it would be pretty easy to know. If she was conscious, of course…

They found her in the bathroom face down foaming at the mouth and was rushed to St, Mary’s Hospital to be treated for Congestive Heart Failure. They would not treat without swab test.
